Henry “Link” – “For me, one of life’s greatest pleasure is being able to overwhelm people with the way I move.”

Henry grew up in the projects of Brooklyn, NYC. The first time his eyes landed on the art form happened when he watched his older sister as she got down to the beat. Shortly after Freestyle, Popping, Locking, Boogaloo and Breaking appeared he became fascinated by the styles of dance. He was determined to master these techniques of dancing by practicing relentlessly regardless of any mistakes that may have challenged him.

In no time his natural ability to dance started to show. With a bit of confidence he entered many local talent shows and won most of them. At the age of 18 after graduating from Canarsie High School, opportunity knocked on his door when he met Rosie Perez. After meeting Perez, his career in dance & choreography started to take flight. His dedication finally started paying off when his style of dance landed him in the music videos of Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey. Today as a founding member of Elite Force’ he has become one of the world’s most charismatic figures in the art of freestyle dancing.

SHAIK – Streetstyle Fusion
Shaik, (pronounced Shake) has several entertainment ventures in development, ranging from national dance tours to film and theatrical productions. With an extensive list of dance, choreographic and production credits, heís a much sought after commodity!

Christopher hails from Queens, NY. The seeds of dance began at the early age of three. By nine, he became a serious student of dance, while bringing down the house in school and local stage productions! At the age of thirteen the future dance icon joined forces as the youngest member with a popular group of street dancers, The Dynamic Breakers (formerly Rockers) and performed throughout New York Cityís five boroughs. This opportunity proved to be just the thing to further hone his skills, both as a dancer and as an entertainer. After conquering NY, the world became his stage!

In a few short years, as he matured even more as a dancer, Shaikís skills earned him additional praise as an equally superb choreographer setting him apart as he embarked on his solo career. He toured both as a featured dancer and choreographer throughout the United States, and abroad in such places as Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; Tokyo, Japan; London, England; Sweden, Germany, and other countries in the continents of Europe and Asia. Some of these engagements were with renowned recording artists Run-DMC, Guy, SWV, Bobby Brown, Al B. Sure!, Heavy D. and The Boys, Monet (pronounced mo-nay), just to name a few. In addition, Shaik has either choreographed , danced and/or made special appearances in music videos ranging from Columbia Records recording artist Johnny Kempís, huge party anthem, ìJust Got Paidî to Arista recording artist Taylor Dayneís hit song ìTell It To My Heartî. Heís performed with various recording artists on television programs such as Showtime at the Apollo, Soul Train, The Arsenio Hall Show, and BETís (Black Entertainment Television) Video LP.

Throughout his illustrious career heís also modeled and been featured in several fashion, trade and consumer publications, and acquired production/costar credits with Leonard Markhamís, ìDancerFitî fitness program video, production credits with Warner Bros.í recording artist Jonathan Butler; Def Jam/CBSís recording artist, 3rd Base and Motown recording artist, Diana Ross.

An energetic and spontaneous personality, with a disarmingly smooth approach to dance, Shaikís creative stylizing redefines the parameters of art in motion! As a true veteran of the stage who knows how to consume an audienceís curiosity, and capture their full attention, heíll continue to challenge traditional ideas and methods, while creating an unimaginable thrill ride of perfection!

Du lär dig hur dom olika komponenterna fungerar, koppla ihop och koppla ifrån utrustningen och grunder i takt mixning, övergångar och effekter. Vi använder oss av Traktor och Serato.

Varje kurstillfälle är 1.5-2 h

FORTSÄTTNING
Du utvecklar din kunskaper inom takt mixning, övergångar och effekter. Du lär dig rigga upp utrustning inför en spelning, planera din spelning och vi avslutar kursen med att du får live spela på ett event.

SCOTT J:
Scott has choreographer for 5 different tribute artists, taught hundreds of people in classes for a few years, and worked as a uniquely-styled tribute artist.
He has choreographed several tributes since the death of Michael Jackson. Scott choreographed and performed the lead in about 6 music videos, and studied it for over a decade. He teaches the full techniques of MJ, something you would not catch unless you were behind the scenes which makes use his choreographed styles accurate to, MJ’s most famous and powerful moves, and styles.
Scott’s abilities, to preserve the choreography makes it accessible to skilled dancers in a way that nobody else seems to think is important. Visually the transition will allows anyone talented or not to distinguished an average dancer from a dancer who was fully taught the proper choreographed techniques Scott teaches his dancers.
